The UP-D898MD is a compact medical digital image printer designed for both analog and digital medical environments and can be used in mobile C-arms, cardiac catheterization rooms, and digital ultrasound systems. The high-quality thermal print engine makes a still copy of the still images captured by the above system into a hard copy for patient case recording and transfer. Moreover, the user can also store the printed still picture in an external USB flash drive for more convenient operability. Designed on the popular UP-897MD and UP-D897 printers, this printer features a large LCD panel that displays print settings, selected paper sizes and notifications. Intuitive joystick control for faster menu operations. At the same time, the new Auto Lock mode prevents accidental changes to print settings.
