The several faults of Ultrasound probe
Ultrasound diagnosis equipment uses ultrasonic to extract all kinds of information of human tissue, such as organization interface information, blood flow information, so ultrasound probe, which can transfer information. Ultrasound probe is the key part of ultrasound diagnosis and its value has accounted for a quarter to a third of one ultrasound instrument total value, like B ultrasound probe is the same. In addition, doctors use it to check patients and it is easy to have faults. Therefore, it is necessary for reasonable using and maintenance.
In general, there are several faults of ultrasound probe as follows: Appearance cracking, internal sparkling, sensitivity decreasing, cable cracking and electrode lead break.

Therefore, bad operation habit or cable placed bad cause this fault. For this fault, you can open probe shell and rearrange all lines and weld well, then use super glue sticky shell well.
